It features 2 open loft bedrooms ( one on each side )
1 room with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds.
Downstairs futon can sleep 1 more adult or 2 children .

Full bathroom with on demand hot water heater.
Custom modified convertible kitchen table , sits 4-6.
Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and even a small combo washer/dryer.
Step out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the river or dip into the hot tub right off the deck.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
